How will I get my pattern after purchase?
Your pattern will be delivered as an instant digital PDF download. Once your order is complete, you’ll be able to access it in three places: through the confirmation email, on the thank you page right after checkout, and inside your account on our store. You can download it anytime that works for you.
What’s included in my purchase?
Each item is a digital crochet pattern in PDF format. We keep our patterns clear and beginner-friendly. Depending on the design, your file may include materials, yarn suggestions, hook size, finished dimensions, abbreviations, stitch notes, special techniques, detailed step-by-step instructions, assembly tips, and helpful photos or diagrams.
Will I receive a physical item?
Nope — Mochi Loops is a digital-only shop. Nothing will be shipped to you. Instead, you’ll receive a downloadable pattern so you can crochet the item yourself.
Can I re-download my pattern later?
Yes! Even if you lose your email, your pattern will still be available. You can always find it on your order confirmation page or in your account on our website.
How do your difficulty levels work?
We label each pattern to help you choose something that fits your skill level. Our categories are Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
What counts as a Beginner pattern?
Beginner patterns are great if you’re new to amigurumi or still getting comfortable reading patterns. They usually use simple stitches, have fewer pieces, and involve straightforward construction.
What is an Intermediate pattern?
Intermediate patterns are suited for crocheters who already know the basics and feel confident following standard instructions. These designs may include shaping, multiple parts, color changes, or slightly more detailed assembly.
What makes a pattern Advanced?
Advanced patterns are designed for experienced crocheters. They often involve more complex shaping, detailed construction, and techniques that require a bit more precision and confidence.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure system, which uses industry-standard protection to keep your information safe. We never store your full card details.
What payment options are available?
Payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location. In most cases, major credit and debit cards are accepted, along with additional options depending on your region.
Why are prices shown in USD?
Our store may display prices in USD, but Shopify can convert the total into your local currency at checkout when supported. Keep in mind your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yes, you’re welcome to sell finished items made using Mochi Loops patterns. We just ask that you credit Mochi Loops as the pattern designer when possible.
Can I share or resell the pattern itself?
No. All patterns are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them in any form, even partially. All patterns remain the intellectual property of Mochi Loops.
