I'm Helga, the maker behind Mochi Loops.

I live here in Austria surrounded by mountains, changing seasons and plenty of crochet.
Letters from the Alps is my way of sharing a little piece of that world with
you.

Each month I'll sit down and write to you about life here, create a special crochet
pattern inspired by the month's theme, and tuck everything together into a
lovely piece of happy mail sent from Austria to your home.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my Letter from the Alps?

Letters from the Alps are mailed from Austria once each month. If you
join before the monthly cut-off date, you'll receive that month's letter. If
you join after the cut-off, your first letter will be sent the following month.

Your letter is travelling all the way from the Austrian Alps, so delivery times can
vary. Please allow approximately 10-17 days for the USA and Canada.

Where do you ship?

For now, Letters from the Alps is available to the United States and Canada only. Every letter is prepared and mailed by me from Austria.



What if my letter doesn't arrive?

Snail mail is part of the charm of Letters from the Alps, but occasionally international mail can be delayed or lost. If your letter hasn't arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact me and I'll help make it right.

Please double-check your mailing address when joining, as an incorrect or incomplete address can prevent your letter from reaching you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your
monthly subscription at any time before your next renewal date. You'll continue
to receive any Letters from the Alps you've already paid for.

What happens if I purchase a
12-month subscription?

A 12-month membership is prepaid in advance and includes 12 monthly Letters from the Alps at a special annual-member price. Your letters will continue to arrive each month throughout your prepaid membership.

Because the annual membership receives a special discounted price and
your year's collection is reserved for you, annual memberships are non-refundable once the first month's letter has been prepared or mailed.
